1. Using ALTIMIT
By creating an account or using ALTIMIT, you agree to these Terms and the Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. If local law requires parental consent, you may use ALTIMIT only with that consent.
2. Your account
Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and keep your contact details current. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not sell, transfer, deceptively impersonate, or misuse an account. Contact support if you believe an account has been compromised.
3. Your content and ownership
You retain ownership of content you create. You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload and share it. You give ALTIMIT a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, process, adapt for technical formatting, display, distribute, and make your content available solely as needed to operate, improve, promote, secure, and moderate the service. This license ends when the content is deleted, except where copies must remain for backups, legal obligations, safety, or content shared by others.
4. Other people's rights
Do not upload content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights. Do not copy, scrape, sell, or exploit another person's content or personal information without permission or another lawful basis.
5. Safety and prohibited conduct
You may not use ALTIMIT for illegal activity, exploitation, credible threats, hateful conduct, harassment, non-consensual intimate content, fraud, dangerous manipulation, spam, malware, unauthorized access, or conduct prohibited by the Community Guidelines. You may not interfere with ALTIMIT's security, ranking, moderation, or technical operation.
6. Moderation and enforcement
ALTIMIT may review reports and content, restrict distribution or features, remove content, preserve evidence, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with lawful authorities. Context, severity, repeated behavior, and risk may affect enforcement. You can report content and users through the app.
7. Creator, business, LIVE, and digital features
Creator status, verification, analytics, collaborations, campaigns, LIVE tools, gifts, rewards, and payout features may have eligibility rules and may change or remain unavailable until activated. Displayed points or test balances are not cash and have no monetary value unless ALTIMIT expressly states otherwise. Paid digital features on iPhone will use Apple's required purchasing system when enabled.
8. Third-party services
Some features rely on third-party hosting, media, LIVE, identity, email, payment, or analytics providers. Their terms and policies may apply to their services. ALTIMIT is not responsible for third-party websites you choose to visit.
9. Service availability and changes
ALTIMIT is evolving and may add, modify, pause, or discontinue features. We work to keep the service reliable but do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
10. Ending use
You can stop using ALTIMIT and delete your account in the app. ALTIMIT may suspend or terminate access for violations, risk, legal requirements, or prolonged inactivity. Provisions that by their nature should continue—including ownership, licenses already relied upon, safety records, disclaimers, and legal obligations—may survive termination.
11. Liability and applicable law
To the maximum extent allowed by law, ALTIMIT is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited. Applicable law governs without overriding mandatory consumer protections where you live.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms and will provide appropriate notice for material changes. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. Questions can be sent to support@altimit.app.
